Davening Shachris before Nerz

Sholom ubrocho,It is common practice that ppl daven shachris before netz. Is this ideal? Iow, someone that could arrange his work schedule, would it not be better for him to daven after netz?Why is it different than mariv, when our minhag is not to daven early?Shkoiach,L
